English Speaking Early Childhood Educator (m/f/d) for Fröbel Betriebskindergarten SKW

The Fröbel Betriebskindergarten SKW in Lutherstadt Wittenberg is a centre that focuses on bilingual education, with two native English-speaking educators. Our kindergarten is part of the SKW Stickstoffwerke Piesteritz GmbH, where children and educators can enjoy the company's bistro and gym facilities.

We are seeking a qualified English-speaking early childhood educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of early childhood education and care in English, planning and implementing pedagogical processes, and developing successful cooperation with parents.

The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker or have a native-level C2 proficiency in English, and be in the process of learning German with a B2 level. They will also be a state-certified educator or have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

Our benefits include a salary according to the Fröbel in-house wage agreement, 33 days of holiday per year, and a company pension scheme of 4% paid by the employer. We also offer further education programmes, job shadowing and exchange opportunities, and a bonus payment for the successful recommendation of a recognised early childhood educator.
