Operational Purchaser

We are seeking an experienced Operational Purchaser to join our team at Manpower Personaldienstleistung GmbH. As an Operational Purchaser, you will be responsible for procuring and managing the supply chain for our client's operations.

• Procure and manage the supply chain for our client's operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to meet business objectives.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
