Sustainability Specialist

At HENN, we're seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you'll be responsible for leading the processing of certification services for new construction and refurbishment according to DGNB and/or LEED.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accompanying all project phases and advising project participants on the implementation of sustainability goals, especially in the areas of life cycle costs, life cycle assessment, and materials selection
  • Coordination of all parties involved in the certification and integration of their services
  • Carrying out pre-assessments
  • Participation in the preparation of tender documents
  • Evaluating the cost and schedule impacts of the measures required for certification
  • Preparation of evidence and communication with the auditing body
  • Participation in the preparation of offers for certification services
  • Preparation of documents for the commissioning of external experts

In addition to these key responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to:

  • Deepen your sustainability competence in the HENN office
  • Prepare sustainability concepts for starting projects
  • Sustainability evaluation of ongoing and completed projects

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a degree in architecture or civil engineering, several years of professional experience, and excellent knowledge of German and English. If you're passionate about sustainability and have a strong understanding of DGNB and/or LEED, we'd love to hear from you.
