Objektleiter | Facility Manager (m/w/d) München-Ottobrunn

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Objektleiter, der unsere technischen und infrastrukturellen Teams in München-Ottobrunn leitet und sicherstellt, dass unsere Gebäude zuverlässig arbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leitung der technischen und infrastrukturellen Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Erfüllung des FM-Vertrags
  • Überwachung aller technischen Abläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit des Objekts
  • Ertrags- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Kommunikation mit dem Auftraggeber und Behörden
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung zum Elektriker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder Anlagenmechaniker
  • Einschlägige Praxiserfahrung
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Organisationstalent
  • Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
