Position im Überblick

Als Medical Research Managerin/Manager bei der Charité sind Sie verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Koordination von Schnittstellenprozessen, die hohe strategische Relevanz für MLM und Charité haben.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Durchführung von internen Projekten zur Erlössicherung durch verbesserte Dokumentation und Kodierung insbesondere in Bezug auf Zusatzentgelte
  • Recherche und Aufbereitung von Studieninhalten zur Indikation und Anwendung von zusatzentgeltfähigen Behandlungen und Medikamenten
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Potenzial- und Prozessanalysen bei Dokumentations- und Kodieraktivitäten in Centren und Kliniken
  • Überprüfung der Datenvalidität (Vollständigkeits- und Plausibilitätschecks)
  • Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen für Erlöspotenziale und Unterstützung der Kliniken bei Umsetzung von Maßnahmen vor Ort
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Statistiken mit entsprechender Auswertungssoftware
  • Souveräne Mitarbeit bei Sonderthemen (Kassenvereinbarungen, Jahresabschlüsse, Rückstellungen)
