Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- You are responsible for the safe and punctual execution of train journeys in freight traffic.
- You adhere to applicable guidelines, regulations, and instructions and ensure compliance.
- You identify and rectify disruptions and irregularities.
- You perform the train forwarding service in the track section with preparation and final service.
- You complete tasks to prepare the train for departure (coupling, brake test).
- You identify and take over tasks in case of disruptions, irregularities, and other deviations from regular operation.
Requirements:
- You have completed a training as a train conductor (m/w/d).
- You are physically fit and have the health suitability as a train conductor.
- Professional experience is an advantage.
- You are flexible and willing to work irregular shifts, including night, weekend, and holiday work.
- You have good knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking.
- You possess an above-average sense of security and service awareness.
- You have a high level of self-responsibility and reliability.
