Master Thesis: Advanced Process Simulation in Additive Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master's student to join our team at Bosch and contribute to the development of advanced process simulation in additive manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize process simulation models for the Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) process.
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of process parameters and structural parameters on part quality.
- Document and present research findings and results.
- Master's degree in Simulation Technology, Computational Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation and modeling.
- Experience with the LPBF process is a plus.
- Independent, structured, and self-motivated personality.
- Excellent English or German language skills.
This thesis is open to students enrolled at a university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, and examination regulations. A valid work and residence permit is required if applicable.
