Logistics Coordinator

As a key member of our customer service team, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers, sales, and operational processing in land transport. Your primary objective will be to promote customer loyalty by accepting transport orders, providing timely and accurate information, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our major customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer polite and competent advice to our customers, ensuring that they are well-informed and satisfied with our services.
- Independently process returns and procurement business, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure that all delivery times are met, maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Verify data accuracy, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and correct.
- Develop and implement individual solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Completed commercial training, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles.
- Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues.
- Knowledge of forwarding principles is an advantage, but not required.
- High quality standards for your own work, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
