Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Assistant (m/w/d). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance

Requirements

• Relevant sales or retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service, and inventory management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
