Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team as a System Administrator. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our practices, administering our Apple infrastructure, and solving complex technical problems independently.

As a System Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our practices, responding to submitted tickets and providing technical support via phone and software ticket. You will also be responsible for the technical support of our practices, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be responsible for supporting our practices on site and carrying out field service activities as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to our practices via phone and software ticket
  2. Administer our Apple infrastructure
  3. Solve complex technical problems independently
  4. Support our practices on site and carry out field service activities as required
  5. Contribute to the development of our internal documentation, self-help articles, and guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist, medical technician, network administrator, system administrator, or degree in the IT field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in setting up and managing network infrastructure
  • Experience in IT support and the ability to identify faults quickly and flexibly
  • Experience with various software systems (Linux/Windows/Mac) and a high level of comfort in the terminal
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of reliability and a willingness to learn

Hiring Process

The hiring process will consist of three stages:

  1. A first phone interview with our founder to discuss your background and technical knowledge
  2. A meeting with our on-site team to assess your cultural fit
  3. A 2-day assessment center with our Junior Tech Lead to assess your technical and problem-solving skills

The final decision will be based on team feedback and technical performance. The hiring process is designed to take 2 weeks to 1 month from start to finish.
