We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, Kaufland e-commerce, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Polish sellers, acquiring new partners, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the marketplace's assortment and expand our customer base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Polish retailers, providing guidance and support to help them maximize their potential on our platform.
  • Monitor and analyze the competition to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and improve the overall user experience.
  • Represent our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs and events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in the e-commerce sector, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and convince others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and proactive approach to business challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with a strong command of German language skills a plus.
