About the Role



Apple is seeking a Channel Store Advisor to lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. As a Sales and Marketing Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for representing Apple and influencing within a single partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow business.



Main Responsibilities




  • Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow business.
  • Collaborate and train reseller teams on Apple products, services, and merchandising guidelines.
  • Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Ensure Apple's outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your territory.
  • Enrich the customer experience by approaching problems with creativity, curiosity, and new ideas.


Requirements




  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
  • Outstanding customer focus and ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
