Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Markenservice. As a key member of our international marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving the success of our loyalty programs across multiple countries.

• Develop and implement targeted strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention, working closely with finance teams and stakeholders to set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and preferences, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement loyalty programs that meet stakeholder requirements and drive business growth.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of loyalty dashboards, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and are user-friendly.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving actionable insights through data analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Fluency in German and English.
