Dein Aufgabengebiet

Als Product Owner bist du Unternehmer:in im Unternehmen. Du gehst mutig und neugierig voran und stellst sicher, dass die Stakeholder adäquat eingebunden werden. Du treibst eigenverantwortlich die Realisierung der Squad-Mission im Kontext des Tribes Service erleben Inkasso / Exkasso voran.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung des Products (Inkassosystem / SAP FS-CD) inkl. Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
  • Fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären, agilen und standortübergreifenden Teams
  • Budgetplanung und Verantwortung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Tribe Lead
  • Planung, Kommunikation und Durchsetzung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Identifikation, Einbindung und regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
  • Steuerung eines externen Serviceproviders

Du bist der richtige Kandidat

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Bezug oder weist eine vergleichbare Qualifikation / Berufserfahrung auf
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden und Tools gesammelt
  • Erfahrungen in Inkassoprozessen und technisches Verständnis sind wünschenswert
  • Du bist ziel- und ergebnisorientiert sowie in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte in verständlicher Form darzustellen und zu erläutern
  • Dir liegt eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten, dabei agierst Du lösungsorientiert, analytisch sowie strukturiert
  • Du verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast dabei ein ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit agilem Mindset und besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
