About the Role:
As a Category Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our e-commerce product portfolio. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our health product category, ensuring it meets our customers' needs and drives financial performance.
We're looking for a maternity replacement for a period of approximately 2 years. While we can't guarantee a permanent role afterwards, we're expanding rapidly, and we anticipate future opportunities for well-performing candidates.
About Your Responsibilities:
- You'll develop and implement category strategies to drive financial performance and improve product visibility
- You'll analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- You'll manage onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions
- You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline category processes
- You'll support cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies
About You:
- You have relevant experience in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products
- You're data-driven and have strong analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends
- You have a customer-focused mindset and can adapt to dynamic environments
- You're fluent in German and have excellent communication skills
- You're comfortable working remotely and can meet with your team in the Cologne office at least once a month
