Lead RF Designer for Ultra Low Noise Signal Generators

We are seeking an experienced Analog RF Designer to join our team at Optimus Search. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in the development of ultra low noise RF signal generators.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance analogue signal architectures and circuits.
  • Lead the R&D team, managing projects and providing technical guidance.
  • Perform block-level RF frequency design and review schematics and PCB layouts.
  • Plan and execute RF frequency measurements.
  • Create and review test plans to ensure product reliability.
  • Participate actively in debugging and analysis of hardware issues.
Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on RF/Microwave design.
  • Proven experience as an RF designer, particularly in signal synthesis.
  • Expertise in frequency synthesis and phase-locked loops (PLL).
  • Strong knowledge of key components such as Mixers, Switches, RF Amplifiers, Oscillators, and Detectors.
  • Extensive experience with PCB layout and CAD tools (Altium Designer preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in either German and English.
