Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled FCAS Technical Manager to join our Spectrum Dominance Engineering organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical development of various land-based, naval and airborne electronic warfare applications and platforms.Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical development of multiple FCAS projects in close collaboration with project managers.
- Ensure the development progress meets milestones in time, cost and quality.
- Develop project plans, including schedule plans, resource allocation and budget control.
- Coordinate inter-disciplinary teams, including the management of subordinate technical managers.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between project teams, speciality departments, business lines and suppliers.
- Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations from the agreed development plan.
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or other relevant engineering fields.
- Extensive experience in project management of complex development projects, including supplier management.
- Willingness to take on responsibility.
- Practical experience in systems engineering and/or software engineering.
- Experience in electronic warfare or radar engineering is desirable.
- Creative and result-oriented approach.
- Efficient and responsible work style.
- Fluent in German and English.
