Gymondo GmbH is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive product development and growth. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Accountability for Value and Viability: Ensure solutions are both valuable and viable, bringing a solid understanding of business needs, market trends, and user insights to the team.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Oversee product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Iterative Development: Drive iterative development by validating ideas and learning fast in a highly competitive market, breaking complex problems into smaller pieces, and adapting quickly based on insights to ensure impactful results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers and engineers to create products that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and monitor KPIs and user metrics to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize features post-launch.
- User-Centric Problem Solving: Use insights from user research, data, and industry trends to advocate for solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Strong communicator able to convey product vision and decisions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, skilled at building alignment, creating a true collaborative space, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency across teams and with key executives.
- Product Mindset Advocacy: Promote a strong product mindset across the company by championing user-centric, data-driven decision-making and encouraging continuous learning and experimentation within the product team.
- Experience: 4 years of product management experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and A/B testing to make data-driven decisions.
- User Focus: A deep understanding of user-centered design and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understanding technical concepts, and balancing technical requirements with product vision.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and inspire diverse teams.
- Communication: Fluent in English; German is a plus. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear concepts.
- Problem Solver: A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
