About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Staff to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Köln West. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to our guests, including setting up and removing the buffet and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
  • Act as a host and welcome guests to breakfast, providing information about our F&B offerings and special promotions.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and check deliveries to ensure a seamless service.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Your Profile

  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of food and beverage service.
  • You are fluent in German (solid A2 level minimum) and English, with any additional language skills an advantage.
