Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at Enaspol GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring that all production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
• Monitor and control production costs, quality, and productivity to meet company targets.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Successful completion of a chemical engineering or related degree.
• Alternatively, completion of a technical apprenticeship and relevant experience in the chemical industry.
• Proven experience in a production or supervisory role, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
