Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) for FMCG products in the Rottweil-Bondorf-Stuttgart area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the retail and food service industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular visits and communication
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
