About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Diploma Student to join our team at SAP. As a Diploma Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on a master thesis project that leverages academic research and connects with various experts within our Hyperspace unit and SAP's development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and compare existing models to define, measure, and predict development productivity.
- Develop a deep understanding of development productivity in the software industry, including how enterprise software companies approach this topic.
- Analyze the DORA model and its application in the software industry, including industry benchmarking and correlation between software delivery performance and business performance.
- Develop governance models to drive improvements for software delivery performance, including enforcement, coaching, and empowerment approaches.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: software engineering.
- Computer skills: profound cloud software engineering skills, including continuous delivery approaches leveraging state-of-the-art technologies.
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus.
- Soft skills: self-organized, team player, goal-oriented.
