A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary of €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to this, we provide employee sales, Corporate Benefits, good IT equipment, free drinks in the office, and an allowance for a great variety of meals in the canteen.

About the Role

In this role, you will support innovation and communication development in the Consumer Tissue category. You'll work with various internal and external agency stakeholders both globally and locally across few countries in Europe and Latam.

  • Support the Global Consumer Tissue team to bring consumers insights to action by communicating and implementing market researches (Quantitative & Qualitative)
  • Collaborate and network with our Global Category teams to support on ad-hoc requests for consumer exploration
  • Engage with external research agencies to explore and develop consumer researches
  • Support regular assessment of our brands and products
  • Gain insights into the industry, organizational dynamics, and specific Consumer Insights function
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Currently enrolled as student in Marketing, International business, and/or Statistics at a German University or University of Applied Science
  • An interest in understanding consumer journey and existing data points to develop successful innovations and contribute to innovative projects
  • Analytical & statistical skills, organizational skills and attention to detail, communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent in English, another EU language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
