Pedagogy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pedagogy Manager to join our team at 42 Wolfsburg/Berlin. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our learning environment and ensuring the success of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Piscine Management: Oversee all aspects of Piscine, including preparation and kick-off for the next batch.
- Student Support: Maintain an onsite presence to address students' everyday problems, including questions about projects, exams, time management, and motivation.
- Curriculum Development: Exchange with the tech team on the needed tools for monitoring the Curriculum.
- Research and Development: Support the Pedagogy Lead with the development of research topics, data analysis, or new learning projects.
- Internal Tools and Documentation: Maintain internal tools, knowledge base, and documentation.
- Right to Work in Germany: Must have the right to live and work in Germany.
- Education Background: 42 Common Core completed or similar education background.
- Work Experience: At least one year of work experience at a 42 Campus or in a learning organisation.
- Dedication to Student Success: Dedication to student success and the 42 model.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Personality Traits: Friendly, kind, helpful, proactive, and flexible personality.
- Alignment with Values: Strong alignment with our values of inclusivity and open-mindedness.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in C, C++, Shell scripting, Python, or data analysis.
- API Experience: Experience with the 42 API.
- Language Skills: French, German, and/or other languages skills (considering our diverse international student community with 50+ nationalities).
