Job Title: Senior Manager Data Protection

At STADA Arzneimittel AG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Data Protection to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our Data Protection policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective Data Protection strategies to ensure comprehensive compliance with global regulations.
  • Regularly update the Data Protection program to reflect changes in laws, standards, and global policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert for Data Protection, providing guidance on individual cases.
  • Provide strategic advice and communicate with senior management on the status, issues, and evolutions within the Data Protection landscape.
  • Consult with domestic and foreign subsidiaries on Data Protection topics, including the development of solutions.
  • Conduct Privacy Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments, identifying risks and advising on risk management strategies.
  • Draft, maintain, and revise STADA's Data Protection policies, ensuring they are considered in all relevant business processes.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in a global professional or corporate environment in Data Protection, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Certification in Data Protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM).
  • Proven track record of managing Data Protection strategies and compliance programs.
  • Expert knowledge of domestic and international Data Protection laws.
  • Project management and process design skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
