About the Job
As a Module Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of cross-functional components and modules, ensuring alignment with the goals of your sub-line's vehicle projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of component and module development, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Identify and report on potential issues, plan deviations, and team-related matters in a timely and proactive manner.
- Collaborate with SE-Team Leads to integrate building blocks and ensure seamless integration with related functions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including specific working methods and procedures within the module team.
- Initiate, document, and implement changes, assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Lead the resolution of issues within the problem management process, reporting and documenting status.
- Provide a comprehensive overview of all projects, including ongoing status and prognoses for goal achievement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Expertise in project management and leadership.
- Proven experience in leading development teams.
- Strong knowledge of process, methodology, and technology in component and/or vehicle project development.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
