About the Role:

This is a hybrid position as a JavaScript Developer at Famobi GmbH. Your primary focus will be modifying existing HTML5 games and maintaining their repositories. This position can be working student or a full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve bugs in HTML5 games
  • Integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs)
  • Maintain game repositories and manage deployments
  • Customize and implement features in HTML5 games

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • General understanding of game development
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HTML5 game frameworks like Phaser
  • Previous experience with gaming sites, platforms, and SDKs
  • Previous experience with mobile web development
