Aircraft Maintenance Trainee

We are Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair, based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER. Our team of engineers and mechanics is responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircraft in multiple stations across Germany.

We are seeking a Trainee Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER). As a Trainee Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks under supervision
  • Maintaining a high standard of work in all tasks
  • Completing the appropriate documentation
  • Complying with all company procedures and regulations
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Ensuring the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
  • Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor/Manager

Program Details:

  • The program includes a 12-week intensive training program at one of our maintenance facilities
  • Intakes throughout the year 2024 and onwards
  • Works as Aircraft Mechanic in Year 2
  • Possibility of becoming eligible to obtain an EASA CAT A license
  • English is the business language

Requirements:

  • Technical apprenticeship background required
  • Ability to join a 12-week intensive training program, which will be carried out at one of our Ryanair facilities
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout Europe
  • Valid driving license
  • A strong aptitude for manual work is recommended and a keen interest in a career within aircraft maintenance
  • Intermediate knowledge of English is required
  • Ability to pass a full German security background check - Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP)
  • Be 18 years or older
