Security Awareness Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Awareness Specialist to join our team at Knauf. As a key member of our Security Awareness team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Information Security Awareness program.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement activities that strengthen our Security Culture across the Knauf Group.
- Develop and maintain the reporting of our awareness initiatives to demonstrate their impact.
- Act as a first point of contact for business and stakeholders regarding Security Awareness.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on Security Awareness matters.
- Experience in Security Awareness and a strong understanding of its importance for a robust security posture.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of our program.
- Fluency in English is required, with German being a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to create professional content.
- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and translate technology into business language.
