About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Knuspr. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of our vehicles to identify any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Maintenance Planning: Plan and manage vehicle maintenance schedules, including coordinating with our workshop team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Workshop Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of any damage to our vehicles, identifying the cause and implementing measures to prevent future incidents.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of vehicle equipment, including car keys, phones, and other essential items.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Completed training as a vehicle mechanic or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing large fleets (200+ vehicles).
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license class B with driving experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with a willingness to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
  • Language Skills: Good knowledge of the German language.
