Mechanic for Plastic Processing

We are seeking a skilled Process Mechanic for Plastic Injection Molding to join our team at in medio Personal GmbH.

• Independently set up and configure Arburg-, Demag-, and Engel-plastic injection molding machines
• Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance
• Release production-ready parts and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes

• Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Plastic and Rubber Technology
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about modern machines and equipment
• Independent, meticulous, and motivated work style, as well as teamwork skills
• Availability for shift work (3-shift system)
