About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team at DeepOpinion. As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving customer success by providing expert support and innovative solutions during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies, as well as conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with our product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities, and assist in managing proof of concept (POC) projects to validate solutions and demonstrate their effectiveness to potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to our product development team regarding client needs and potential product enhancements.
  • Sales Support: Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong interest in technology and customer engagement, with a desire to contribute to customer success and company growth; excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time; enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends; and experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
