Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth operation in the store.
- Provide excellent customer service at the checkout and in-store, addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure that store shelves are fully stocked and maintained, and that products are of high quality and freshness.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
- Be customer-focused, engaged, and responsible.
- Be flexible and willing to work collaboratively.
