About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Worker Umschlag to join our team at DB Schenker in Osnabrück. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles using a forklift or pallet jack
- Transport pallets and packages within the warehouse using a forklift or pallet jack
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Valid forklift operator certification and experience with front and side loaders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Good communication and teamwork skills
