Head of UX/UI Role at Spread Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Director to join our team at Spread Group. As a leader in the global customized apparel and lifestyle products industry, we strive to combine sustainability with on-demand personalization.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and maturity of our UX capabilities across diverse products and services. You will be responsible for fostering creativity, innovation, and human-centered design approach within the team.

The ideal candidate should have intensive experience in both creative and analytical aspects of UX/UI, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Proven team leadership skills with hands-on mentality and ability to guide teams through fast-paced changes are essential.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field is required. An impressive portfolio showcasing strategic UX concepts and aesthetic UI design skills is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between the UX team and stakeholders, advocating for excellence in digital experiences.
  • Drive UX maturity by promoting a culture of Design Excellence and human-centered design.
  • Champion the integration of design thinking and UX Research into the product development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • Intensive experience in both creative and analytical aspects of UX/UI.
  • Proven team leadership skills with hands-on mentality.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing strategic UX concepts and aesthetic UI design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
