As a Flight Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for our 550,000+ monthly passengers, operating on over 3,600 daily flights. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety, you will play a critical role in upholding the Ryanair Group's renowned service standards.

With no prior experience required, we welcome enthusiastic and team-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering top-class service and have a 'can-do' attitude. As a Flight Service Representative, you will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training program in Germany, where you will develop the fundamental skills necessary for success in this rewarding role.

During your training, you will undergo a series of exams, supernumerary flights, and culminate in achieving your Cabin Crew Wings. As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one and have access to a range of career opportunities, including base supervisor, regional manager, and director of inflight.

As a Flight Service Representative, you will operate on a 5/3 roster pattern, enjoying a fixed schedule with opportunities for unlimited discounted staff travel to over 250 destinations across the Ryanair network. You will also receive a paid training allowance from day one, free training, and a free uniform in year one, with an allowance provided afterwards.

Key requirements for this role include holding the unrestricted right to live and work in Germany, being able to swim 25 meters unaided, and possessing a height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm). We welcome German speakers, but this is not a requirement. As a Flight Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working a shift roster, and adapting to changing situations with a positive attitude.

The estimated salary for this role is €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on the industry standard for similar roles in Germany and reflects the value we place on our cabin crew members.
