We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to drive continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of our operations.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective execution of quality plans and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on quality-related matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits and assessments to ensure our quality management system is effective and efficient.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of success in quality assurance leadership roles, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
