Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our Finance Team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and tax returns, as well as supporting annual financial statements and tax audits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cooperation with the accounting department in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and tax returns
  • Support in annual financial statements and tax audits
  • Internal Group reporting such as cash forecasts, monthly forecasts and budget preparation
  • Effective communication with the specialist departments to ensure adherence to the requirements with regard to processes and compliance
  • Projects, particularly against the background of the introduction of standardized processes and compliance requirements as a result of the Group's growth
  • Support in operational accounting if required

Requirements include:

  • Degree in Business Administration or certification in accounting
  • Professional experience in controlling, accounting or in the field of tax consulting or auditing
  • Quick comprehension and good analytical thinking skills as well as process orientation
  • Hands-on approach
  • Excellent Skills in Excel and high affinity with IT
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
