Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our store.

This includes managing store staff, implementing effective training programs, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for controlling inventory levels, optimizing stockroom management, and maintaining store appearance to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Maintain store appearance through regular cleaning and maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is €52,500 per year, offering a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance and retirement planning.
