Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading a small team of electricians and overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of electrical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical engineering projects
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering plans and designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and quality
  • Manage and control project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on team leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
