About the Role
The Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) team at Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled Auditor to join our team. As an Auditor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our NFRM audit plan and audit projects, including supporting the NFRM function in their ongoing framework transformation and implementation across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks involved in the relevant areas in accordance with Group Audit Methodology and the established risk assessment framework.
- Lead audit activities when required, complete all assigned audit work in line with agreed budgets, and document in accordance with divisional standards.
- Provide updates on progress, escalate problems/delays, and support ad-hoc projects.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and respective support areas.
Requirements
- Professional credentials, including degree-level education and a relevant Risk or Accounting professional qualification.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and concepts, with direct experience as an auditor or controls function, minimum four years.
- Understanding of risk management and control frameworks in a global banking control environment, with experience covering non-financial risk topics or Operational Risk frameworks preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, oral and written English, together with strong presentation and interactive skills.
