Job Overview

At TE, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team to create a safer, more sustainable, and connected world. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing procedures to optimize processes and the value stream at our Berlin-Oberschöneweide and Berlin-Weißensee sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic improvement measures to enhance site productivity and efficiency.
  • Support the integration of previously unconnected processes into a cohesive extended value stream.
  • Use value stream maps to visualize the current and future state, identifying strategic projects and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement standardized training programs for employees on lean manufacturing principles and technical problem-solving.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects at the site(s) in collaboration with involved departments.
  • Develop and track the TEOA implementation plan, ensuring TEOA actions are visible to stakeholders and driven to sustainable completion.

Requirements:
  • Completed studies in engineering or a comparable field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in leading improvement activities.
  • Experience in production or logistics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, high self-motivation, good time management, and strong planning and organizational skills.
