About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Helpdesk Professional to join our IT team at STP Informationstechnologie GmbH. As a Helpdesk Professional, you will be responsible for handling internal user requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to and resolve internal user requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and issue resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Windows System landscapes, client-server operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
