Vehicle Service Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann für die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Camperflotte. Als Fleet Care Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung eines optimalen Flottenzustands und die Verringerung der Beschwerdeanzahl aufgrund von technischen Problemen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Wartung und Vorbereitung der Camper für die nächste Anmietung
  • Gewährleistung eines optimalen Flottenzustands
  • Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen an Fahrzeugen oder Equipment
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung des Schadenprozesses
  • Koordination mit unserem Reinigungsdienstleister vor Ort sowie Sicherstellung der Reinigungsqualität
  • Koordination von Werkstattterminen mit Partnerwerkstätten
  • Anlegen und Verwalten des Ersatzteillagers
  • Unterstützung im Flottenmanagement für Vermietung und Verkauf
  • Rücknahme und sorgfältiger Camper-Check (Schadensmanagement) entsprechend der Off-Qualitätsstandards
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Stationsmitarbeiter, um deren Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Reparaturen und Standards zu verbessern
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der KFZ-Branche oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Leidenschaft für Autos/Camper
  • Sorgfältiger und zuverlässiger Umgang mit Qualitätsstandards
  • Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Spontanität und Flexibilität bzgl. der Arbeitszeit
  • 100% Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Fließend Deutsch, Grundkenntnisse Englisch
