PreMaster Program

Das Bosch PreMaster-Programm ist ein zweistufiges Qualifizierungsprogramm für engagierte Bachelor-Absolventen, die das Ziel haben, einen Master-Abschluss zu erwerben. Nach dem Bachelor-Abschluss bietet die erste Phase bis zu 12 Monate (Pauschaljahr) praktische Erfahrung, um die technischen und unternehmerischen Kontexte kennenzulernen. Die zweite Phase umfasst den Master-Abschluss und enthält weitere Veranstaltungen und Seminare sowie Unterstützung durch persönliche Mentoring auf dem Weg zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Verantwortlichkeiten- **Benutzererfahrung optimieren**: Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und Optimierung von Benutzerschnittstellen und -workflows für B2C-Prozesse, um eine nahtlose und intuitive Erfahrung für Kunden und interne Benutzer sicherzustellen.
- **Benutzerforschung und -testung**: Sie führen Benutzerforschung, -testung und -entwicklung durch, um Einblicke in Benutzerverhalten, -präferenzen und -schwachstellen zu gewinnen.
- **Kollaboration mit Produktmanagern und Entwicklern**: Sie arbeiten mit Produktmanagern, Entwicklern und Stakeholdern zusammen, um Benutzeranforderungen zu definieren, Features zu priorisieren und Benutzerstories und -journeys zu erstellen.
- **Benutzerzentrierte Designprinzipien**: Sie setzen sich für benutzerzentrierte Designprinzipien und -best Practices ein und mentoren Kollegen in UX-Methode und -Techniken.
- **Implementierung und Evaluation**: Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklerteams zusammen, um die erfolgreiche Implementierung von Designs sicherzustellen, und führen Post-Launch-Evaluierungen durch, um die Benutzbarkeit und Effektivität zu messen.
- **Fortbildung und Innovation**: Sie bleiben auf dem Laufenden über Branchentrends, neue Technologien und -best Practices in UX-Design und setzen diese Kenntnisse ein, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Innovationen zu treiben.
- **Ausbildung**: Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor-Abschluss) in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Organisationspsychologie, Change Management, Kommunikation, Design, UX oder vergleichbar und die Absicht, einen Master-Abschluss zu erwerben.
- **Erfahrung und Kenntnisse**: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, Designentscheidungen zu artikulieren und Benutzerbedürfnisse zu vertreten.
- **Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise**: Empathisch und benutzerorientiert, mit einer Leidenschaft für das Verständnis von Benutzerbedürfnissen und der Lösung komplexer Probleme durch Design, kreativ und innovativ, mit der Fähigkeit, Konsens zu bilden und Alignment zu treiben bei diversen Stakeholdern, anpassungsfähig und resilient, mit der Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnellen Umfeld zu behaupten.
- **Begeisterung**: Begeisterung für die Nutzung von Design, um Geschäftsergebnisse zu treiben und das Leben unserer Kunden und Benutzer zu verbessern.
- **Sprachen**: Fließend in geschriebener und gesprochener englischer und deutscher Sprache, weitere Sprachen willkommen.
