Job Title: Battery Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Battery Assembly Technician to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Battery Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing high-voltage battery components, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test high-voltage battery components, including low-voltage and high-voltage battery assemblies
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met during all phases of the assembly process
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and report defects back to the manufacturing engineering team
  • Document manufacturing data in the production system
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to improve processes, equipment, and tooling

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a technician or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing and/or repairing electromechanical components
  • Experience in the safe handling of medium and high-voltage systems up to 1kV DC voltage
  • First experience with high-power battery systems, or high willingness to learn
  • Initial experience working with modern production machinery, or high willingness to learn
  • Ability to comprehend written and verbal English instructions. German language is a bonus
  • Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation/ early and late shift)
