We are currently looking for a Product Expert (m/w/d) in full-time employment at our Hollerich location.
Your Responsibilities
You will be involved in various phases of customer contact or sales processes. As an expert, you will enthuse our customers about specific equipment, their functions, and operation. Your goal is to promote customer satisfaction by explaining complex and frequently explained details in a clear and convincing manner. You will convey the sensible and complete use of MB technologies and the pronounced individualization possibilities.
You will work closely with the sales team to, for example, be available during sales conversations, vehicle handovers, or events at Merbag. At the same time, you will ensure that the sales team's knowledge is up-to-date through training. In addition, you will support our sales team with various administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, preferably in the automotive sector
- Strong interest in the latest technical developments in the automotive and communication sectors
- MB product affinity and knowledge of the automotive sector, knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation
- Confident appearance, team spirit, and empathy
- Enthusiasm for explaining interesting and varied technical and technological explanations
- Very good knowledge of German, French, Luxembourgish, and English
- Very good PC skills (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
