As our new Team Lead Group Treasury, you will be responsible for managing our financial resources and cash flows, contributing to the optimization of our financial resources, and supporting us in achieving our strategic goals. You will monitor liquidity planning and ensure that interest payments are made on time and in full. You will play a crucial role in managing our financing contracts and work closely with our clinic managers and external partners.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure reliable 12-week liquidity planning and timely interest payments
  • Execute and monitor Sanoptis Group payment transactions
  • Implement and manage cash pooling structures
  • Manage and monitor the utilization of financing facilities
  • Communicate continuously with banks and cooperate closely with operational managers
  • Support with financing projects, such as cash flow planning and reporting
  • Lead the Treasury team (2 other people) and report directly to the CFO

Your Profile
  • Relevant experience in treasury management, preferably including experience with leveraged finance structures
  • Experience in the implementation and management of cash pooling structures, upstream/downstream cash movements, and working with treasury management systems
  • A solution-oriented team player with good communication skills
  • A strong affinity for IT and numbers as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
  • An independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • A willingness to travel (3-5 days per month) for meetings with operational stakeholders
  • A degree in economics with a focus on business administration, accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Confidence in handling MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level), very good written and spoken English skills
