Global Product Manager Medical Devices

At Azenta Life Sciences, we're driving innovation in the life sciences space with a customer-focused culture that encourages employees to challenge the status quo. Our team is seeking a Global Product Manager to lead the development and launch of medical devices, working closely with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies and support marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product launches through a stage-gate driven Product Development & Introduction process.
- Assess market requirements and user needs to develop market entry strategies for new products.
- Develop business cases for product opportunities and collaborate with product marketing managers to create marketing and launch plans.
- Support the development of marketing and technical literature and provide strategic input on key clinical conditions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, competitor activity, and new customer needs to maintain a business intelligence database for the product portfolio.
Requirements
- Scientific degree or Engineering degree with experience in the clinical IVD sector.
- Significant working experience in laboratory instrumentation industry (clinical; IVD).
- Strong knowledge of GMP and MDR regulations.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and communicate effectively in a global organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and business-driven approach.
