Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Leica Microsystems. In this role, you will be responsible for handling public tenders for all our sales and service areas, ensuring timely submission of tender documents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities
  • Submit complete tender documents on relevant platforms within deadlines
  • Compile and review tender documents, ensuring accurate signing in accordance with company authorizations
  • Coordinate activities among team members involved in the tender to guarantee timely submission
  • Analyze publications on various platforms to identify public tenders in target segments
  • Review legal requirements for public tenders
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS systems
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Prior experience in the medical industry is an asset
  • Availability to work full-time onsite at our Wetzlar offices in Germany
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
